As a small, bespoke studio run by just two stylists, we don’t have a dedicated receptionist, so all enquiries are handled personally by us between appointments.
If we’re busy with clients, there may be a slight delay in replying to messages, calls, or emails — and if you contact us over a weekend, it may take a few days for us to get back to you. Please be assured that we will respond as soon as we can.
