It’s the kind of experience that normally costs hundreds of pounds in a salon, brought into the comfort of your own home and shared with the people you love most.

This is not about rules, pressure or perfection. It’s about discovery, confidence and having a brilliant time around the table together.

At an Arena Personal Styling Pamper Party, we take everything you already love chatting about and turn it into something meaningful, supportive and empowering , without losing the relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

What is an Arena Personal Styling Pamper Party?

This is an at-home group styling experience hosted by you and delivered by me, Lara from Arena.

  • Minimum: 4 people

  • Maximum: 6–7 people

  • Duration: Approximately 3 hours (up to 4 hours depending on group size)

  • Time: Daylight hours between around 10am and 3pm

The party takes place in your home/ work office, ideally in an open-plan, clutter-free space  area with good natural light. A mirror nearby is helpful, and if you don’t have a suitable table, I can bring one with me.  I will need room for a small cloths rail. 

This is very much a relaxed, friendly and inclusive experience, not a formal workshop.

What we cover during the party

Every guest receives personalised guidance, while enjoying the group experience together.

Colour Analysis – discover your season

Each person will find out their colour season and learn:

  • Which colours light up their skin

  • Which shades to avoid (and why)

  • How colour affects how healthy, fresh and confident you look

  • How to spot your colours when shopping

If everyone in the group is a different season, that’s absolutely fine ,and actually really helpful. Seeing other seasons side by side makes it much easier to understand what isn’t right for you as well as what is.

Men are very welcome to join the party too. Their session focuses on colour analysis and style rather than makeup.

Signature style discovery

We explore your personal style personality, such as:

Understanding your style explains why you’re drawn to certain pieces , and why others never quite feel right, no matter how fashionable they are.

Body shape guidance

You’ll learn how to dress your body shape in a way that feels flattering and authentic, without trying to change yourself.

This is not about hiding or fixing, it’s about working with what you already have.

Capsule wardrobe planning

We talk through how to create a cohesive capsule wardrobe that actually works in real life.

Imagine having 20–40 pieces that:

We go through makeup colours and products that suit your colouring and style.

  • What finishes flatter you

  • What to keep and what to rethink

Depending on the group, this may include a mini makeover or guided application where I talk you through techniques and shades so you can confidently recreate it yourself.

 

 

Food, drinks and the practical bits

Have food, fizz and nibbles. We just ask that food is kept in a separate area away from the colour drapes.

You don’t need to write anything down. After the event, all guests receive their personalised information digitally, so you can simply relax and enjoy the experience on the day.

What to wear and how to prepare

To get the very best results from your colour analysis, styling advice and photos taken on the day, a little preparation makes a big difference. Don’t worry – it’s simple and easy.

What to wear

  • A plain V-neck or scoop-neck top is ideal

  • Neutral colours work best (avoid black, white or very bold colours if possible)

  • A lightweight cardigan is a good idea in case you feel chilly

On the day

  • Please arrive with no makeup on

  • No fake tan (this can alter colour analysis results)

  • No jewellery around the face or neckline

  • Hair freshly washed, blow-dried and styled so it looks great in photos

  • If you wear glasses, contact lenses are ideal if you have the option

This helps ensure your colour season, makeup advice and style guidance are as accurate as possible.

What to bring with you

To keep the experience relaxed and flowing, there are just a few things you’ll need on the day:

  • Your makeup bag (for the makeup edit and colour guidance)

  • Your email address (so all personalised information can be sent to you digitally afterwards)

  • A purse, if you’d like to purchase a mini take-home colour swatch

  • 3 items of cloths you love on hangers
  • 3 items of cloths you don't love on hanger 

Mini seasonal colour swatches are available to buy on the day for £20, and are perfect to keep in your handbag when shopping.

We’ll talk through why certain pieces work beautifully for you ,and why others don’t. You can shop and dress with confidence going forward.

Hair, face shape and styling advice

Alongside colour, makeup and personal style, you’ll also receive tailored hair cut and colour. 

We’ll look at:

  • Your face shape and what haircuts suit it best

  • Lengths, layers and fringes that flatter you

  • How colour placement can enhance your features

With my background in hairdressing and salon ownership, this advice is practical, realistic and completely individual to you.

This is usually a luxury salon experience

In a salon setting, colour analysis, personal styling, body shape advice and makeup guidance would normally cost hundreds of pounds per person.

For Arena Personal Styling Pamper Parties, I offer this experience for £65 per person.

That covers a full 3–4 hour session in your home, tailored to your group.

I have a completely no-judgement approach. Life is busy. Some days we feel amazing, other days we’re on the school run in a woolly hat and a raincoat – and that’s real life.

But when you do make the effort and feel good, it sets the tone for your whole day. Confidence changes how you show up in the world, and I genuinely love helping people find that for themselves.

These parties are about learning, laughing and leaving feeling uplifted, not criticised or overwhelmed.

 

Frequently asked questions

Is this done in the salon?
No – this is an at-home pamper party experience.

Will everyone find out their season?
Yes, every guest will discover their colour season.

Do men have to do makeup?
No. Men focus on colour and style only.

Do I need to prepare anything?
Just a suitable space and good daylight. I bring the rest.

Can it be on a weekend?
Yes – weekends and weekdays are available.

Does it have to be in my home?
No – it doesn’t have to be in your home. The pamper party can also be hosted in a workplace, office or suitable work environment, as long as there is enough space, good natural light and a clutter-free area for the setup.

Can I have more than six to seven people?
Yes, larger groups are possible. For parties over six to seven people, I would need to bring an additional stylist to ensure everyone still receives quality time and attention. This must be organised in advance, so please mention this when you enquire.

How far will you travel?
I’m happy to travel up to 20 minutes from Arena as standard. For locations  further than  this, can usually be arrange. Travel time and petrol costs will  need to be added. Anything beyond this would be discussed individually so everything is clear before booking.

Is there an age limit for the pamper party?
There’s no upper age limit at all. The youngest guests would usually be teenagers aged 12 and over, making this a lovely option for family get-togethers, birthday celebrations or multi-generational events. (NOTE  body shape analysis would not be able to be carried out on under 16)
